There are three kinds of room at the Residence.
Monolocali are one-room units with twin beds and a kitchenette nook with electric hobs, sink and fridge, and bathroom and balcony ~ photo at pix.taiji.org/marettimo/etc/residence.room.jpg
Bilocali are 2-room units with a twin bedroom, bathroom, a living area which has a proper kitchen, and a patio in to the garden backed by the massif where soar the peregrines. Can be taken by one or two people who prefer to have the kitchen and sleeping area separate.
Trilocali are 3-room units with two twin bedrooms, bathroom, living area with kitchen, and ~ patio ~
Room costs for 22 nights are:
Monolocale 1178 euro (589 each if two people sharing)
Bilocale 1465 euro (732 each if two people sharing)
Trilocale 1890 euro (472 each if four people sharing)
A trilocale can be shared in various ways; for example, among two people who each take sole occupancy of one of the rooms; or among three people where one person takes sole occupancy of one of the rooms and two people share the other room. The group would agree among themselves how to divide the cost.

The room costs cover everything (linen and towels changed weekly) except air conditioning/heating. Hopefully that will not be needed. Last time when we were there in the second half of November, we did not need heating. But if there is a cold spell, room heating is available for 10 euro per day per unit. Maybe that amount is higher than necessary and can be reduced, but details have yet to be worked out.
