Starting in January 2023, we will begin monthly seminars with Xie Laoshi at the inner level of Zhineng Qigong and the related form Five Hunyuan, wu yuan zhuang.

To become intimate with the five zang ~ Heart, Kidney, Spleen, Liver and Lung ~ is to deepen self-knowing. Via networks of animation weaving together Sky and Earth, the Inner Organs manifest the vital life-emotions ~ Joy, Fear, Pensiveness, Anger and Compassion. Xie Laoshi offers us profound meditations on each of the five zang so we may respect and appreciate the harmonious entirety of the human being.
